Executive Summary
Town Lodge Hotel at the Steps Development is a 151 room, 4 storey hotel situated adjacent to Lady Pohamba Hospital. The hotel is built on top of the Steps super basement supported on a transfer structure.
WCE provided full civil and structural engineering services as well as mechanical engineering services. Services include detail design, drawings, specifications, tender documentation and construction supervision of all internal and external works.
