Windhoek Consulting Engineers (PTY) Ltd has a vacancy for a young and dynamic individual in the Admin Department. The Plot Room Coordinator is responsible for managing the plot room and providing support with printing, plotting, scanning, etc. The position is based in the Windhoek office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the plot room, ensuring printers are stocked with paper and ink and are operational at all times.
- Assist employees with printing issues and provide troubleshooting support.
- Manage copying tasks efficiently to support tender preparation and other office needs.
- Manage office stationery inventory and ordering to ensure availability.
- Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for tender documents and other related materials.
- Capture disbursements on the financial system.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a document management capacity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
- Grade 12 Certificate; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields would be beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license
