1. Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems

Our team of mechanical engineers specializes in the design of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. This involves taking into account building heat loads and ventilation requirements to provide an HVAC solution that is both innovative and energy efficient. Our design capabilities are not limited to but includes the following types of systems: Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF), Split AC Units, Chillers, Evaporative Cooling, Packaged AC Plants, Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC), Free Cooling, Smoke Extraction, Fresh Air Ventilation.

2. Fire Safety Systems

Our team has fire engineering certifications with The Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) based in the UK. We design any fire related mechanical systems in accordance with relevant industry standards. Our design capabilities are not limited to but include the following systems: Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Water Reticulations, Fire Detection Systems, Smoke Extraction Systems. We also provide Fire Protection Plans and Rational Fire Designs and facilitate the municipal submissions thereof.

3. Wet services

We design any wet services systems in line with industry standards. This involves the design of any hot- or cold-water reticulation systems and includes pump sets, water storage tanks, water chillers, and hot water systems.

4. Compressed Air Systems

Our team specializes in designing compressed air systems for industrial facilities. Mechanical compressed air systems are used in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications, from powering pneumatic tools to operating machinery and ventilation systems.
