Graduate Training Programme – Oil and Gas
An initiative for qualified young professionals in Namibia
Windhoek Consulting Engineers, in collaboration with TotalEnergies and The Doris Group, are inviting qualified young professionals to apply for the Oil & Gas Graduate Training Programme.
The Oil & Gas Graduate Training Programme is an initiative that gives qualified young professionals in Namibia the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in a practical setting within the Oil & Gas Industry. During this 12-month programme the Graduate will undergo online and live training programs and be practically exposed to real-time projects. All in the employment environment within the Engineering and Oil & Gas Industry.
Applications for the 2024/2025 programme is now open. Closing date is 30 September 2024.
We are looking for young and dynamic individuals in the following Fields:
- Civil Engineering,
- Structural Engineering,
- Mechanical Engineering,
- Electrical Engineering, or
- Other Related Engineering Discipline
Who Can Apply:
- Anyone who obtained a tertiary qualification (National Diploma/Degree) in the above fields, within the past 2 years. I.e September 2022 to date
- Must be a Namibian Citizen
- Final year students awaiting results can also apply – letter from tertiary institution required.
