The Construction of a new fish processing plant and Cold storage facility in Walvis Bay.
Provision of Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical designs, Project management of the construction phase. The factory consisted of a factory floor space of 12000m2, a cold store of 2000m2, ablution facilities, office blocks and workshops. The entire factory floor space is 16500m2. The entire factory required smart designs and needed to be compliant to HACCP standards.
