Construction of a new 5 star Hilton Standard Hotel, consisting of 10 stories and a multiple basement parking arrangement.

WCE was responsible for all engineering disciplines, i.e. bulk earthworks, structural design, electrical infrastructure, mechanical design, storm water, water and sewer reticulation. Preparation of Engineering Designs, Drawings and Tender Documentation. Quality Control was exercised in terms of General Conditions of Contract and SABS 1200 Specifications. Duties also included Contract Administration and Site Supervision.
